Returns

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $75 USD (before tax and after any discounts).

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.
  • Expedited and Express options are available for faster delivery.
  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.
  • International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
  • The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos of the damage and packaging within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@jigenryuflorida.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the item back using the provided label or a carrier of your choice.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or color are accepted based on availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags attached

Address Changes

We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please double-check your address before completing checkout. If you made an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet shipped.
