Our Promise
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us at info@jigenryuflorida.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive authorization — we will reply with a return authorization and detailed shipping instructions.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging if possible. Include all tags and any included accessories.
- Ship the item back using the prepaid label we provide, or a carrier of your choice (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color are accepted based on availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return process above and note your preferred exchange item. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us photos of the damage and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased at a discount of 40% or more
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags attached
- Intimate apparel or items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
Return Shipping Costs
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at info@jigenryuflorida.com with your order number to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned instead.
